The 18 story residential building was built in a narrow area of one of the most dense- population site in the city. It made itself an oasis of residences among the chaotic planning of the surrounding areas.
Since the disadvantage of its location, the podium is sculptured with columns to provide flexible spaces underneath the tower, supporting 16 floors of apartments.
The simple form and harmonious use of materials bring in the sense of modest but elegant appearance.
