The design of the shop houses follows the neo- classical language, dividing the rows into pairs, with two options of facade, which gives the diversity of the streetscape.

Shops,  restaurants and other business stores locates on the first floor of the shop houses while the rest of the building, including second, third and fourth floors are for residences. Green spaces and trees are alternatively introduced along the facade to give in harmonious sense of the shop houses and the surroundings.
