DAI DONG A BUILDING​

Hanoi is developing to expand itself due to the population and economic growth. The Dai Dong A building locates in a newly- planned area  for this purpose, which will provide housing and economic trading for the community in and outside of this area.
Materials are used to distinct residential tower and the commercial podium and to emphasize the proportion of the two units.
Cuts and negative spaces on each typical floor plan offer natural ventilations and daylight for corridors and each apartment as part of the consideration in sustainability.
