This waterfront project focused on planning the site to create a prototype for sustainability- integrated design.
Each building complex in this area are planned to orient in optimal direction to achieve best views toward whether Ben Nghe river in the North or the city park in the South.
Supporting facilities are designed to locate at the east of the site, maintaining privacy for residential units but ensuring connections in a whole.
